I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio, and I help adults who are ready to do meaningful work around healing, growth, and connection. My clinical style is warm, direct, and grounded in mutual respect. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—every client brings a unique story, and I’m here to help you make sense of yours in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. I work with people navigating the in-between spaces of life: the moments where things feel uncertain, stuck, or disconnected. That might look like struggling in a relationship, feeling the emotional weight of caregiving or parenting, sitting with unresolved family dynamics, or just trying to hold everything together while quietly burning out. Many of my clients are high-functioning and insightful, but still find themselves repeating old patterns or questioning their sense of self. I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT with deeper relational and existential work to help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention. Whether we’re exploring identity, navigating grief, or rebuilding emotional safety in relationships, I bring presence, perspective, and a sense of partnership into the room.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is all about getting to know you—not just what’s hard right now, but also who you are, what matters to you, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll ask some guiding questions, but there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace and start building the kind of relationship that helps you feel grounded, seen, and safe to explore what’s next.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely understood and accepted in our sessions. I bring a balance of warmth, realness, and depth to the therapeutic space—along with evidence-based tools that we tailor to your unique needs. Whether we’re unpacking old patterns, navigating big life changes, or strengthening your relationships, I stay present, collaborative, and intentional. I also specialize in helping clients untangle complex emotional dynamics—like those that show up in co-parenting, adult family roles, and romantic partnerships—so they can show up more clearly and confidently in their relationships and in their own lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are navigating major life transitions, relationship strain, burnout, anxiety, or the emotional weight of caregiving and parenting. Many of my clients are high-functioning but emotionally exhausted—seeking clarity, peace, or a stronger sense of self. I also support individuals working through cultural identity stress, unresolved family patterns, or the complexities of co-parenting and adult family relationships. Whether you're in the middle of a change or feeling stuck in an old cycle, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s happening and build momentum toward what’s next.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I believe real healing happens when people feel truly heard and accepted—without judgment. That’s why person-centered therapy is at the core of my work. I meet each client with empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. Instead of jumping to "fix" things, I focus on building a space where you can unpack your story, explore what matters most to you, and grow at your own pace. You're the expert on your life—I’m just here to walk beside you and help reflect what you already carry within.

Interpersonal

So much of our emotional well-being is shaped by our relationships. I use an interpersonal approach to help clients explore how past and present relationships impact their sense of self, their communication style, and their emotional responses. Whether it’s navigating family tension, setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected in friendships or partnerships—I support clients in building healthier, more fulfilling connections with others (and themselves).

Existential

When clients are feeling stuck, lost, or like something is missing, I often lean into existential therapy. It’s not as heavy as it sounds—really, it’s about helping you connect with your values, clarify your purpose, and make meaning out of the challenges life throws your way. This approach has been especially helpful for folks going through major life transitions, grief, identity shifts, or even just asking, “What now?”

Couples Counseling

Working with couples is one of my favorite parts of this work. Relationships are complex, and no one hands us a guidebook. I help couples slow things down, understand each other’s needs more clearly, and rebuild trust and connection—especially during difficult seasons like parenting stress, infidelity, or co-parenting after separation. Sessions are structured but supportive, and I aim to make space where both people feel seen, not blamed.

Family Therapy

I specialize in working with adult family members—whether that’s siblings navigating long-standing tension, parents and adult children trying to rebuild connection, or relatives facing role shifts due to caregiving, illness, or loss. Family patterns can run deep, and when communication breaks down, it can leave lasting impact. I help families have the conversations they’ve been avoiding, understand each other’s perspectives, and start showing up in new, more supportive ways. We work together to create space for accountability, healing, and change—without blame or shame.
