In our first session together I will complete a brief assessment to get to know you better. I will then work with you to develop goals for therapy.

I am an attentive and compassionate listener. I offer empathy through non-judgmental support. My clients often feel very comfortable opening up to me. I strive to foster a connection that’s makes it easy for you to share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I work with people who need a safe place to process their feelings. I will support you in navigating depression, anxiety and the lasting effects of trauma. My 1st session with Shayla was very good, I felt very comfortable talking to her. Her energy seems to be good, light, and pure. That she will truly listen to me and give me tools to move forward in a healthy way! Excited for our next session!!
