I'm so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, with many years of experience. I enjoy telehealth as a way to meet lots of new clients. I have worked privately and in the community with individuals, families, and couples. I have worked with adults and children and have experience in prisons and juvenile detention facilities, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and schools. I enjoy helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, family and relationship issues, marriage, co-parenting, life transition, teen issues, grief, career counseling, & domestic violence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will review what you have experienced in life, where you are now, and where you want to be emotionally. We will complete an intake assessment, in which I ask you lots of questions about yourself and your symptoms to gain a firm understanding of how I can best help you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients typically feel comfortable with me right away due to my welcoming demeanor and down to Earth interactions. I love helping clients become the best version of themselves and work through symptoms and hang-ups. Seeing couples grow and gain a more meaningful relationship is one of my favorite things! Therapy is work, but if you can commit to that, I promise to help you get where you want to be.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients age 13-65, dating or married couples, individuals with: anxiety, depression, anger, teen issues, life transitions, family or relationship concerns, domestic violence victims, parenting, behavior concerns, trauma, Christian counseling, grief, self esteem, coping skills, career counseling
