I specialize in helping people through relationship difficulties, women’s concerns, premarital support, and marital conflict. I also specialize in unresolved childhood trauma(s), co-occurring disorders, and addictions. I am client centered and encourage my clients to take an active role in their therapy. My role ass a therapist is to come alongside you and assist you in processing life's stressors and provide skills that you can implement to cope with those stressors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of an assessment where I ask you questions and get to know you, we will develop a plan for treatment and schedule future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am relatable, therapy is very fluid, some days sessions may be heavy, others may be relaxed, I view therapy in a sense of partnership and my role is to meet you where you're at, we all struggle, but I can help you get to your goals.
