New to Grow
I have worked with children and adolescents for over 14 years, helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and trauma. I strive to meet each client where they are at and provide a supportive, compassionate environment tailored to their unique needs. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to guide and support them on their journey toward acceptance, self-discovery, and personal growth by building on their existing strengths.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially meeting someone new for the first time. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, discussing your concerns, strengths, goals, and what has brought you to therapy. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will begin building a plan that supports healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
I offer a personalized, strengths-based approach that helps clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, improve communication, and develop healthy coping strategies. I believe therapy should feel empowering, supportive, and goal-oriented, allowing clients to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections.
I am best positioned to serve children, adolescents, individuals, and families who are seeking a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment to navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I work well with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, stress, or difficulties adjusting to life challenges. Many of the individuals and families I work with are looking for practical coping skills, emotional support, improved communication, and healthier ways to navigate relationships, school/work, family dynamics, and daily stressors.
