What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first 1-2 sessions will be a friendly and easy assessment of what is going on. Even though I am highly proficient at a number of counseling therapies, all therapeutic approaches are not right for everyone. The most important element of counseling is you! Even though I have 4 master's degrees and doctorate, please understand that you are the expert of what you are experiences. Counseling needs to be tailored to you and your experiences. You are the expert but you do not have to do this alone. Between the first and second appointment, you will receive a personality assessment for your encouragement and review.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a great and robust education. I have worldwide experience. I recognize that the client is the expert. I am board certified.
