New to Grow
I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas offering virtual therapy in English and Spanish. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, self-doubt, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical, helping clients better understand their emotions, manage anxious thoughts, and feel more grounded and confident in their daily lives. I also have a special interest in supporting women navigating emotional challenges after major life experiences, including health-related changes and cancer survivorship.
The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals, and any experiences that may be impacting your emotional well-being. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we will begin identifying helpful tools and creating a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your needs.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. I focus on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping strategies and greater emotional awareness. As a bilingual therapist and cancer survivor, I also bring both cultural understanding and personal insight into how major life experiences can impact emotional well-being, identity, and self-confidence. Clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, and easy to talk to, while also helping them stay focused on meaningful growth and change.
I work best with clients who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, self-doubt, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others while struggling internally with stress, pressure, or difficulty feeling like themselves again. I also enjoy supporting client navigating emotional challenges related to health changes, identity shifts, and life after difficult experiences. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally connected to themselves.
