Hi, I’m Jessica.
You’re the one others rely on. The steady one. The capable one who always seems to find a way to hold it all together. But lately, something feels different. It’s getting harder to stay “on,” even when everything looks fine from the outside.
Maybe you’ve been balancing leadership, caregiving, or navigating a major life shift, and quietly asking yourself, “What about me?” Or perhaps you’re noticing a growing disconnection within, as if parts of you have had to be tucked away just to make it through.
If any of that resonates, you’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.
I work with high-functioning women of color, especially those in caregiving roles, leadership positions, or high-pressure environments, who are ready to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. In our work together, we’ll explore emotional regulation, identity, boundaries, and the invisible weight of generational expectations. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink.
My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I don’t believe healing is about “fixing” what’s broken, but about remembering who you are beneath everything you’ve had to carry.
You don’t have to do it all alone. Let’s begin this work, together.
