Welcome! I want to take this opportunity to say congratulations for taking the first step towards your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. It is a huge commitment, and it is brave of you to want to invest the time and effort in yourself and work towards whole-being healing. You are invited to spend valuable time caring and nurturing yourself. My sole priority is to work on what is relevant and important to you. I am a licensed psychotherapist with five years in private practice working with a variety of clients. I have worked in various settings throughout my career with diverse populations. If you find yourself struggling with life challenges at this moment, causing you to question your path, you are not alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and genuine perspective to guide and support you. The goal if for you to be proactive in your healing journey and recognize you have the power and the choice to live a true and authentic life. Don’t live another minute in sadness, grief, loneliness, overwhelm, or depressed mood. It is time to restore balance back into your life and bring out the joy within you. Your healing journey starts right now.
When you connect with me, you will be treated as a whole person and not as the ‘problem’. I strive to assist in recognizing ways to identify and resolve and provide helpful, and useful tools to use in daily living. By incorporating traditional methods and integrative solutions. I believe our body, brain and soul are all connected and work in collaboration with each other. My approach is to encourage you to access your own inner strengths and wisdom to promote healing and resiliency from the inside out.
I like to utilize traditional therapy methods in my practice but also integrative and all inclusive approaches. My main modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, act and commitment therapy, person-centered, narrative, and emotional focused therapy. I am a trained trauma informed clinician and will always look at your situation through that lens. I also incorporated integrative methods into our sessions, such as mindfulness techniques, guided imagery meditation, and breathwork.
I are honored to serve are the LBGTQIA+ community, Senior/Aging community, Relationship/MArital Conflict, and Young Adult (18-26) needs. Ispecialize in a range of mental health disorders such as Trauma-and Stressor-Related Disorders, Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, and Personality Disorders.
