In your first session with me, we’ll begin by creating a safe, open space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. I’ll take the time to listen deeply, understand your goals, and learn about the unique challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll discuss how we can approach healing in a way that honors your whole being—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore different tools and techniques, including mindfulness, self-care practices, and mindset shifts, to help you find balance and clarity. Most importantly, you can expect to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take the next steps toward your personal well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I work with clients in an interactive way to help identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to improve emotional well-being and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Our sessions are are goal-oriented and involve both in-session work and homework assignments to reinforce learning.

Mind-body approach

I focus the client on the holistic nature of being – the deep connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Various techniques may be used to promote relaxation, self-awareness, and a stronger connection to one's body, ultimately aiming to improve overall health and well-being.

Psychoeducation

I believe that knowledge is power. Therefore, I provide clients with information, resources, and skills related to mental health conditions

Positive Psychology

The way we think and approach life matter. Using positive psychology I collaborate with the client on our human strengths and positive attributes, rather than solely on mental illness and dysfunction. The focus is on enhancing well-being and finding a way to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
