Welcome and I'm glad you are here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about making a difference. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like yourself—especially during major life transitions—you’re not alone. I work with adults and couples, with a special focus on navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, postpartum changes, and relationship challenges. I also help clients with boundary setting, family and marital conflict, anger management, and building self-esteem. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
In our first session, we’ll go at your pace—talking through what’s been weighing on you and what you want to feel differently. Together, we’ll create clear, meaningful goals so you can begin to see real progress. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in the process and open to growth both during and between sessions. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own—support can make this season feel more manageable.
I'm direct, supportive, empathetic and will be here every step of the way to encourage you to be the greatest version of yourself.
My ideal clients are young adults transitioning into adulthood struggling with college, work life balance stress, navigating life transitions, couples with communication difficulties or marital concerns, feeling as if they are "losing the spark," postpartum women, and clients who have been through trauma and are willing to work toward trauma processing together. If any of this sounds like you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
CPT is evidence based approach to assist with trauma processing and being able to learn how the traumatic event has affected your core beliefs and how holding onto that belief is affecting you as a person today and creating "stuck points."
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is used to assist with understanding how our current thoughts are affecting how we feel abouts ourselves (self esteem), people, and the world. Together we will examine thoughts and how this can maintain feelings such as anxiety and depression.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is evidenced based to assist with helpful skills to learn to practice mindfulness, regulating your emotions, and keeping healthy relationships.
