Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and discuss your goal for therapy. This helps me develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs and guides our work in future sessions. My goal is to help you build effective strategies to mitigate symptoms and support your overall well-being. I work with individuals and families who recognize the value of clear therapeutic goals and are motivated to implement practical strategies that support growth, resilience, and improved well-being in their daily lives.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, including schools, community programs, mental health agencies, and telehealth platforms, which has given me a broad perspective on the unique challenges people face in different stages of life. My approach is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed, providing a supportive space. Clients often describe me as charismatic and value my collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to identify meaningful therapeutic goals. Building strong rapport is central to my work as we explore effective ways to reduce symptoms. Therapy is a shared process grounded in mutual respect, openness, and a common intention to support your well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Each client has a unique situation and needs different personalized techniques—whether that's through individual therapy techniques, learning coping skills, or addressing workplace stressors. You and I will collaborate as we together design your therapeutic process by deciding what matters to you and what sources of wisdom are meaningful. I'm a raving fan of positive psychology. The emphasis of therapy should be collaborating, learning, and thriving to integrate significant therapeutic strategies.
