Hi, my name is Zuleyka Velazquez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I attended the University of Central Florida, followed by Southeastern University where I earned my masters degree in professional counseling. Over the past few years I have learned to implement techniques that not only benefit my clients, but have also worked in my personal life.

Having worked with young professionals for the past 8 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My goal is that I can provide a compassionate and empathetic space for you to become your best self.

First session

No one person is the same, and cookie cutter treatment plans do not work well for everyone. During the first session we develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on your personal goals, in the hopes of improving your overall wellness. A biopsychosocial assessment will be completed, in which we will discuss any biological, psychological and social factors that may be affecting your thoughts, feelings and behavior.
