I worked at Oak Grove Center for Education Treatment and the Arts, a level 12 treatment facility, for children and adolescents in Murrieta, California for 10 years before entering into private practice with a large group practice for two years located in Temecula, California. I have operated a solo private practice in Murrieta, California since March of 2013 called Edmond Child & Family Counseling.
I specialize in treating high-level anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, infertility, and relationship difficulties. As your therapist, I tailor my approach to match the client's needs for continuous change, symptom relief, growth, and ignite personal change.
I always had a passion for therapy. I knew at 7 years old this was my calling. I went on to study Sociology in my undergraduate years and went to the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques.
Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients.
I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.
Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, and Grief Therapy—Helping You Feel Safe, Empowered, and in Control Again
When you've experienced trauma, it can feel like your mind and body are constantly on alert, making it difficult to trust yourself, connect with others, or find peace in everyday life. You may struggle with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, intrusive memories, grief, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in helping individuals recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, childhood wounds, grief, and difficult life experiences. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process painful experiences without judgment, develop practical coping skills, and build greater emotional resilience. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms but to support lasting healing and personal growth.
My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and the desire to help others find strength through life's hardest challenges. I'm a firm believer in the powerful role that therapy can play in alleviating distressing symptoms, facilitating positive growth, and increasing functioning in all areas of life. I value clear, open, and direct communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will be an empathetic partner to help you accurately self-reflect. When difficult topics arise, I'll help you deeply understand yourself in the conflict.
Hi, I'm Adriana, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self awareness, and emotional well being. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward your goals. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and take steps toward the life you want to create.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients face both the real and perceived challenges in their lives with clarity, support, and renewed strength. I approach each person as a unique human being with their own story, strengths, and struggles, and I see therapy as a collaborative process of moving forward together.
I work in a way that is direct and pragmatic, drawing on psychoeducation and clinical experience to give clients new ways of seeing, understanding, and coping with life’s difficulties. At the same time, my style is deeply connection-based, rooted in empathy and authenticity, with room for levity when appropriate.
I am a hopeful therapist who believes in the process of growth and in our ability as human beings to continually renew ourselves. I find it a genuine honor to share in a client’s journey, and I approach the work with respect, presence, and care.
I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and coupling challenges, parenting stress, OCD, and many others.

Is this the first time you thinking about having therapy? Let's talk about what therapy is and is not. Tell me your expectations. Therapy is in part, talking about how you are feeling whether you have depression, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed by your work, family or relationships or by all three . But that is just the beginning. My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.
Do you feel you cannot cope, have no self-esteem or don’t even know what will make you happy? Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.

I’m Agnes Weber-Trzaska, LCSW, a therapist and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner offering depth-oriented, brain-body therapy for individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. My work is centered on helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward reconnecting with themselves in a more grounded, clear, and authentic way.
I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, burnout, overwhelm, or recurring relational and emotional patterns that continue to feel unresolved despite insight or previous therapy. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, depleted, or stuck in survival-based patterns.
Through an integrative approach that includes Brainspotting, somatic therapy, attachment-based work, CBT, and parts work/IFS-informed approaches, I support clients in accessing deeper layers of healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration. My goal is to create a space that feels intentional, attuned, and supportive, and where lasting internal shifts and a different way of being become possible.

My dream client is a high-functioning woman who appears to be managing it all—but inside, she’s carrying the weight of anxiety, pressure, and deep emotional overwhelm. She might be navigating a major life transition like divorce, a career pivot, role change ,motherhood, fertility challenges, menopause or beginning or ending a career.. She may be successful on paper yet struggling to maintain boundaries, meet others’ expectations, or feel truly connected to herself. She could be facing workplace discrimination, identity shifts, or silently asking, “When is it my turn to exhale?”
Many women seem to have it all but underneath often the wheels are coming off in are ever changing world where everybody often wants it now. I hope to help you to make your cup runneth over rather than droplets remaining.

Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.
I compassionately partner with people to help them process life experiences, identify any obstacles, and plan their next steps. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and those overcoming various challenges, including grief and loss, community violence, shifting relationships, and life transitions. My non-judgmental approach keeps you at the center of support with your goals as the guide. If you feel like moving forward with purpose and supportive guidance, I would be honored to join you in your journey.

Welcome! My name is Sheri and I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can be a big step, filling you with a sense of hope, nervousness, or something in between. Taking this journey to help yourself feel better in your own skin, or to function better in relationships, is a huge act of self-care. Sometimes our old wounds, that have yet to heal, play an unsuspecting role in our lives today. Other times, we might feel stuck or get anxiety at the thought of certain changes – even those we want to make. I really enjoy working with clients to help them better understand themselves, feel better individually and in relationship and move towards the version of themselves they want to be. You being here means that you’re taking steps in this direction. My door is open when you’re ready to begin.
Feel free to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation with me to see if we are a good fit.
Life is hard. In this fast-paced world, we rarely take time to take care of ourselves. We end up exhausted and unhappy, feeling alone in our struggles. If you’re reading this it means you’re thinking of making a change and I’m here to help guide you and support you. With over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children I provide a warm and nonjudgmental place, helping clients to tap into their strengths, understand and express their emotions, and accept and love themselves.
The process of change begins with taking small steps. I invite you to take that first step, of making an appointment to explore what possibilities of insight and change lie ahead.
I'm an LMFT based in Oregon and California. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. I help adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, and also hormonal changes. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves. Often clients do not come in for trauma specifically, but more often than not, trauma and grief come up in a client’s past or childhood, so I am trauma-informed and very experienced in treating trauma. I am flexible for using part of a session for the “here and now” immediate goals, and part of session for healing old wounds, for more deep healing.

I am a 74-year old cisgender white woman who grew up in the midwest. I've entered the field of marriage and family therapy after many other careers. I was drawn to this work through my own personal work with therapists I loved and admired. For me, the process is the very "meat" of life. Seeking to release old stuck patterns, seeking to understand, seeking to become all that we can be! We are born to be connected to others, yet we are taught in many cultures to be fierce individuals. We are born into a gender with expectations for what that means from ourselves and others--and our physical gender may not even match our inner experience! It's no wonder that we struggle to find our way through our biographies.
Before becoming a therapist I worked for 25 years as a Waldorf educator. I worked with all ages--Kindergarten through high school. This is a developmental education and an artistic one. I am always informed by our developmental tasks through life, well into our final years. I also enjoy stepping into creative, imaginative when clients are open to it, even if just to think about a problem in a new way.
My imagination serves me when I am with someone. I have experienced a great deal of trauma and loss, but my experience is never the same as yours. With your help I can step into your experience through my capacity to imagine.
Hi, my name is Abby. I recognize how difficult it can be to ask for help, so congrats on taking this first, brave step towards feeling better. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I aim to provide clients a safe space to be their most authentic selves without fear of judgment. I believe we all have inherent strengths and capabilities, and I hope we can use our time together identifying how to maximize yours.
My journey to becoming a therapist started 29 years ago on a personal recovery journey, recovering from personal trauma and addiction in the entire system growing up including family, and coming from a low SES background, therapy became a way to reconcile the change I was going through in my life. Working with and helping others has always been a calling of mine, and becoming a therapist was a natural extension of that ongoing work on both myself and in my work with others.
Beginning with a humanistic approach means meeting the client where they are at, and then conceptualizing the approach with a combination of humanistic and positive psychology, systems theory, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
Hi there, I'm really glad you're here. Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming- but when you find someone who truly gets you, it can make all the difference. My hope is to be that person for you. I'm a first generation Mexican-American therapist, and while most of my sessions are in English, I also speak Spanish and enjoy working with bilingual and bicultural clients. I know how important it is to feel seen and understood, especially when navigating different parts of your identity and life experiences.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a supportive, goal-oriented therapy space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with individuals who are dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and the impact of past experiences.
The clients I serve are often people who feel stuck in patterns they want to change, are overwhelmed by emotions or responsibilities, or are ready to build healthier coping skills and stronger boundaries. My approach is collaborative and individualized, blending practical tools with deeper insight work so treatment is both meaningful and actionable.
My goal is to help clients experience real-life change by improving emotional regulation, increasing self-confidence, having healthier relationships, and having a stronger ability to manage stress and triggers.
Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
Something meaningful in your life isn't working — even though on the outside, things look fine. You've tried therapy, you have insight into your patterns, but something still isn't shifting. That's exactly who I work with.
I'm a licensed therapist in Pasadena, California. Before becoming a therapist, I spent most of my adult life as a successful executive in investment management — driven, accomplished, and always moving. What I didn't realize until my 50s was that the constant motion was keeping me from slowing down enough to feel. Therapy changed that profoundly enough that I left my career, went back to school, and became a therapist myself.
