Hello my name is Amy! I have been a mental health therapist for about 8 years. My clients would most likely describe me as empathetic, open minded, and authentic. I have worked with many different people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide English and Spanish telehealth therapy services in California.
Just because we have been going through life in survival mode does not mean we should continue to have to.
Seeking help is not always easy, especially when we are feeling uncertain, lost, or defeated. At times, people need some extra support to process things with, manage difficult emotions, and be comfortable in our own skin.
My role as a therapist is to listen, guide, and to help you navigate through life’s challenges. My goal is to teach you healthy coping skills that will enhance current, new and past relationships. Therapy is a collaborative journey to help you move forward. I believe that the relationship we build together will create a supportive and safe place to be yourself and dive into your true healing. One of my specialties is helping clients feel understood and supported.

Most of my experience as a psychotherapist has been in treating individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and other significant life changes (workplace stress, chronic illness, aging). I have worked in health and human services in different parts of California for the past 30 years. I have been a telehealth psychotherapist since 2021. Just before the pandemic I was working with people who needed support to find housing and provide for their basic needs, as well as people needing substance use treatment. As a social worker I have also worked with people experiencing trauma, chronic health conditions/disabilities, age-related circumstances and grief/loss. (Also, I have a good understanding of social services and mental health resources in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially Contra Costa County.
In my free time I enjoy baking, hiking, playing with my Boston Terrier, Bruno and watching baseball.
Hi, I’m a therapist based in Orange County, California with a deep commitment to helping others and continuing to grow in my understanding of people. I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of settings—including residential treatment, PHP/IOP programs, school-based counseling, and telehealth—supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, with a strong interest in the mind-body connection and ways we can support healing on every level. Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors, traveling, exploring new coffee shops, and continuing to learn more about wellness and personal growth—values I naturally bring into the work I do with my clients.

You’re doing your best—but fear, anxiety, or overthinking keeps getting in the way. You're weighted down and blocked from opening up. You're bottling emotions, ignoring that empty feeling, making you drift further & further away from your family and friends. You're feeling irritated, tired from tossing and turning unable to sleep because you're overthinking about all the "things" when you need to sleep, but your head hurts from worrying. You wake up feeling tired, in a bad mood, and dreading the day. You can't focus on the simplest task and falling behind in school. Now you're even having trouble at work. Fear sets in that you're about to lose everything, even the people closest in your life. You're scared getting frustrated that you're not living the life wanted. You want the anxiety and rollercoaster of emotions to stop. You just want to feel at peace, be happy, and able to relax again.
Here's where I come in. I’m Tammy Brooks LMFT, a Solution Focused Brief Therapy Certified Level 3 Practitioner. I help adults find joy, connection, & peace again by using an approach is different than therapy with endless talk, rehashing pain & no real lasting change. Instead, we'll focus on want to achieve in therapy and talk about that version of yourself despite the problems you are facing.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values authenticity, connection, and creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful—helping you build tools for daily life while also gaining deeper insight into yourself and your experiences. I have experience providing in-person and telehealth therapy services to pregnant and parenting mothers as well as individuals with severe mental illness who needed follow-up after hospitalization or just an on-going therapeutic relationship.
I’m a Latinx, first-generation graduate from Southern California with extensive training in sex therapy. My background and lived experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy space. I’m passionate about decolonizing therapy and creating a space that honors culture, identity, and the intersection of both. I strive to make therapy feel accessible, affirming, and relevant to each client’s unique experience. I also bring warmth, humor, and realness into my work.
I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, and are ready for change but unsure where to begin. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with stress, or navigating a difficult life transition. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move forward with greater clarity.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I aim to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping strategies, and develop a stronger, more confident sense of self. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Hi there, I’m Michelle,
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Are you struggling to find that happy, healthy, hopeful place in life? Whether it be from relationships, personal, or just life, sometimes we can just feel overwhelmed and out of sync with who we were or who we would like to become.
I am here to help facilitate that change. Together we can target the obstacles in your life and make a plan of action to put you on the right path. By using an integrative approach with effective therapeutic modalities we focus on the whole being to get you in balance.
My style is eclectic utilizing an empathetic position to build rapport while empowering you to become the stronger happier version of self. I combine affirmations and metaphoric narrative to separate you from the problem, allowing you to externalize the issues rather than internalize them.
I will meet you right where you are and provide a safe place for you to thrive and move forward.
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~Martin Luther King Jr.

Hello, I'm Marisa
I am here to help you heal, accept, prosper, and lay down any burdens that have kept you feeling stuck. I provide a safe space for authenticity, vulnerability, and alliance as we have all experienced times of feeling misunderstood, lost, and alone. As a social worker, I take a holistic approach, considering your physical, psychological, and social well-being to best personalize what you need in our sessions.
I specialize in developmental and relational trauma, grief and loss, and self-exploration. Trauma and grief change our patterns of thinking, and views of ourselves and the world around us. Together, we can develop psychological flexibility, alter behaviors that are holding you back, and implement security back into your life. I have predominately worked with transitional-aged youth, adults, and older adults with a wide spectrum of difficulties and hardships. I'm here to hear your story, support your goals, and help you uncover the "unseen" barriers that stand in your way.
I utilize trauma-informed approaches and behavioral techniques to help you master skills, edit unhelpful narratives, and feel empowered to navigate life's inevitable stressors. I use a mind/body approach so that we can uncover root causes, learn greater nervous system regulation, and create healthy lifestyle habits to achieve the sustainable equilibrium you are searching for. Whether you are dealing with unprocessed loss and trauma, emotional disturbances, interpersonal challenges, or self-doubt, I'm here to collaborate with you to find peace and purpose.
In our sessions, I will integrate mindfulness, psychoeducation, skill-building, curiosity, and compassion. Let's work together to redefine the parts of yourself that no longer serve you and create a meaningful life based on your values.

You may be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by patterns that keep repeating in your life or relationships—or by a situation that has disrupted your sense of stability. You might be navigating a loss, a major transition, or ongoing pressure that has left you depleted. Your body and emotions may be holding more than words alone can explain. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space where we can slow down together and create more choice in otherwise habitual patterns of responding. Over time, many people feel more at ease in their bodies, clearer about their needs, and more confident in how they relate to others and themselves.
I’m a therapist who works with teens and adults navigating life transitions, processing trauma, and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I bring warmth, empathy, and a touch of humor into our work to help create a space where you can feel comfortable and supported. Along the way, I also offer practical coping strategies and tools to help you manage challenges and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

You may be on the right path, but stumbled, fell, or got lost along the way. Or you may be struggling to find the path. I want to help. In therapy, I aim to create a calm, sturdy, emotionally open, and radically nonjudgmental space where you can be deeply curious about your own experience. A patient, open-ended space where you can take your time. A space where you can slow down, breathe, reflect, be quiet or silent. A space where you can be loud, angry, triggered, upset. A space where you don't have to make sense, but we can try to make sense of things together. A space where we both can be genuinely curious about who you are.
Hi, I'm Margo. Let's be real, life can be challenging and hard at times, but when you feel supported you can navigate with more clarity. I have over 15 years of experience and would like the opportunity to walk beside you as you navigate your journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you are free to be you! In my plethora of experience working in many settings from community based clinics, hospitals, and in private practice I feel equipped to support my clients facing the many facets of life. I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in both private practice and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and patterns related to self-criticism and emotional overwhelm. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that draws from CBT, attachment-based work, ACT, EFT, and compassion-focused interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My style is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on both insight and practical tools to improve emotional well-being and relationships.
Hello, my name is Ruby Sanchez, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe life is made up of lessons—both good and difficult—and at times those lessons can feel overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting to navigate alone. Healing is a journey, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
Inner peace comes when we accept ourselves, live in the present, find hope for the future and consciously choose how we respond to the world around us. Let’s embark on this healing journey together because you are truly worth it! My theoretical framework is whole person focused (biological, psychological, social and spiritual), client centered, strength based and is collaborative/relational in nature. I have found that our laughter is healing, our tears are cleansing, and our human diversity is amazing. I look forward to working with you!
I work with individuals who grew up with a pervasive sense that they were “outside the box”. Perhaps this was due to neurodivergence, cultural differences or struggles with gender and/or sexuality. Many of my clients arrive with previous diagnoses of ADHD, autism, anxiety and/or depression. They often have a creative side that has been suppressed in order to focus more on developing a professional self. Many of my clients report feeling like they have to wear a mask in the workplace and in social situations. It is not uncommon for them to feel lost, numb or lacking direction in their life.
As a therapist, my strengths are in my ability to follow creative lines and tie together seemingly complex thought and behavior systems to give you deeper awareness of the issues that present for you. My education and experience in community health and mental healthcare has prepared me as a therapist to provide therapeutic care that goes beyond asking deep questions. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and is driven by the strengths of my clients.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Together we can find a path.
