I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, helping individuals and families navigate complex and often painful life circumstances. I am licensed in both California and Tennessee and have spent much of my career supporting individuals and families through trauma, crisis, and complex family dynamics. My background includes serving as a child custody mediator and working extensively with at-risk youth and parents. I specialize in trauma-informed care, with particular expertise in sexual abuse, assault, and domestic violence. I understand how these experiences impact not just individuals, but entire family systems—and I approach this work with both clinical depth and practical insight. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported as they work toward healing and clarity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and should feel like a natural, comfortable conversation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll also walk you through what to expect from the therapy process and from me as your therapist, so you leave with a clear understanding of how we’ll move forward together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my genuine, down-to-earth approach. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy—my work is shaped by a broad range of clinical experience, allowing me to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what you truly need. I take the time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and I’m committed to supporting you in a way that feels both practical and meaningful.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and families who are navigating trauma, high-conflict relationships, or major life stressors. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and are looking for both clarity and practical support. While my background includes working with trauma, domestic violence, and complex family dynamics, I welcome anyone who feels ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes.
