Hello, I'm Grace, How can I help you? Was there a crisis, or an unexpected, yet, traumatic event that has happened in your life? Maybe you're just feeling lost, tired, overwhelmed, in shock, and just in need of some extra support. Maybe it was an ultimatum, "Either we go to therapy, or we're done..." that motivated this decision; or maybe you've decided that you're ready to start making some changes, or just want some help and support. Whatever the motivator, here you are... so let's get started! I'm a well-rounded and experienced therapist, with over 10 years of clinical experience and have been licensed for 5 years. I'm duly licensed holding licenses in California and Tennessee. I've been a child custody mediator, and specialize as a crisis and trauma therapist. I have expertise in the areas of sexual assault/abuse, and domestic abuse; and have worked extensively with at-risk youth and parents. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish.

As your Therapist I will listen, be supportive, and help you deal with the crisis, trauma, and stressors in your life. I provide a warm, inviting, safe, and non-judgmental space where you and your healing are my main focus.

One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is my genuine nature. My experience and expertise is varied providing me with a wide knowledge base to draw from as I work to understand you and support you through your presenting concerns.

As a Person-Centered therapist I will meet you where you at. I take my directions from you and work collaboratively to identify issues you'd like to work on.
