My priority is to provide a safe and judgement free space for you to speak your truth, explore what's important to you, and build a life that feels right and meaningful for you!
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you’re experiencing. During our second session we will collaborate and create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I take a holistic approach to address the needs of the mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, expressive arts, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and evidence-based techniques to help you get to the root of your struggles and overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
I enjoy using a multi-modal holistic approach (meditation, CBT) to help uncover those deeply held core beliefs and emotions that may be working underneath the surface that contribute to low self-esteem, low self-worth, anxiety and depression. Mind-body strategies such as mindfulness are integral to the work I do with helping clients build healthy coping strategies to address barriers to feeling relief.
