Christina brings a lot of warmth through her session, reminding you of keeping yourself and your health at the forefront. She reminds you to give yourself grace and helps to remind you of what needs to be done in a way that makes you feel seen, heard, affirmed, and not overwhelmed. I am so excited to be on this new journey with her, as we navigate getting me back to being more of what I need for myself, instead of what everybody else needs me to be.
