What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we would build trust and a patient-provider relationship through brief introductions and trying to understand the history of the current challenges and the recent/active symptoms. This information will help us create individualized treatment plans to work with during the following sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm passionate about result-oriented treatments, and taking quality time to listen to my clients would help initiate workable treatment choices or plans.

My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

MI empowered the patient to understand and make conscious decisions about their mental health.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps the patient be aware of negative/unhealthy behaviors, feelings, and thoughts and learn how to consciously change them to positive and productive thoughts that improve one's quality of life.
