Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy plays an integral role in pinpointing and breaking down unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns to rewire the brain for a healthier and happier life. It has allowed my clients to shed away significant amounts of anxiety and depression and realize they are in much more control of their own lives than they could have imagined.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate a Mindfulness base into CBT to help clients understand when and where their choices arrive to be able to find a healthy level of control overall.

Family Therapy

A family is as strong as each individual so allowing them to learn effective ways to communicate and solve issues requires an open ear and real motivation to improve the family structure.
