After losing my mother at the age of 19, I felt the need to go down a more meaningful path that involved helping others. My journey into mental health care began with a deep-seated passion for helping others. After earning my degree in counseling, I dedicated myself to gaining the skills and knowledge necessary to support individuals in overcoming their challenges and achieving their personal goals.
Our first session will be a getting-to-know-you process. This session will help us guide our work for the future. In our first session, we will establish a trusting relationship and discuss your reasons for seeking counseling. We will collaboratively set goals and explore the strategies that will best support your journey. This initial meeting is crucial for laying the foundation for our future work together.
