I was a stay at home mom to two daughters when I decided to go back to school for my master's degree and start a new career. I am passionate about helping others live their best lives with confidence, happiness and serentity.
I have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field since 2018 and have had the honor of seeing many of my clients stablilize and move forward in thier lives with positivity.

First session
The first session will be to build the therapuetic relationship and complete the intake process with goal setting. The intake process includes the compilation of historical information to aid to indentify personalized treatment goals colaboratively with each individual.
Strengths
My greatest strength is empathy and provoking change with each individual, who is the expert on their strengths and weaknesses. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapy interventions to assist each individual to be their best.
Ideal clients
I work with all levels of mental health and substance abuse clients. My primary objective is to help clients focus on their strengths to accomplish their goals.
