New to Grow
The therapeutic approach that I am closely aligned with is holistic and integrative, blending evidence-based practices with trauma-informed care and alternative healing methods. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual. I believe personal development doesn’t stop at the therapy room and is a lifelong commitment to oneself. As a therapist I continue to engage in my own healing journey, believing that self-awareness and growth are essential to truly helping others. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville, NC, where she graduated with honors. I had the privilege of holding various roles in community mental health settings, gaining valuable experience that continues to inform her compassionate, client-centered approach.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll explore your goals for therapy, discuss your personal and family history, and talk about your expectations for the therapeutic process. This session is also about setting the tone—creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard as we begin your healing journey.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance between compassion and depth. I create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore painful experiences, patterns, and emotions—while also focusing on growth, resilience, and lasting change. I draw from trauma-informed, holistic methods that honor the connection between mind, body, and emotion. Whether we’re unpacking past wounds or working toward specific goals, I tailor each session to meet you where you are. Clients often share that they feel truly seen and supported—and that therapy with me feels both healing and empowering.
I work with individuals who are ready to grow, heal, and move forward from the challenges and traumas that have shaped their lives. My ideal client is someone who feels called to do the inner work—whether it's emotional healing, personal development, or creating lasting change from within. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and build a more empowered and authentic life.
I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy to support practical coping strategies, psychodynamic insights to explore past experiences and unconscious patterns, and person-centered techniques to foster a non-judgmental and empathic therapeutic relationship. Some clients benefit from structured skill-building, while others need space for deeper emotional processing.
In my work, I help clients uncover deeper emotional patterns, understand the roots of persistent conflicts or self-sabotaging behaviors, and explore how past relationships may be influencing current ones.
Transpersonal therapy explores the deeper aspects of the human experience—such as meaning, purpose, spiritual awakening, and personal transformation. I help clients connect with their inner wisdom, navigate existential questions, and integrate peak experiences or spiritual challenges into your healing process
