I am an African American male therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping people overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in meaningful ways. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow in ways that feel best for them.

Our first session will focus on gathering important background information, getting to know one another, and beginning to build a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship.

My ideal clients are individuals who are open to exploring their thoughts and emotions in order to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. They are willing to reflect on patterns and behaviors that may be limiting their growth and are motivated to make meaningful, lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that affect emotions and behaviors. Together, we work on developing practical coping strategies that support healthier thinking and positive change in daily life.
