My name is Robbyn and I am a seasoned Counselor with years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship/career challenges, and the emotional weight that comes with being human. My goal is to help people feel seen, supported, and understood with an approach that is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply empathetic. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I love people! My goal is to provide a judgement free zone where people feel comfortable and safe to share their stories. During your first session with me, we will review the counseling process and have a conversation about what you feel is important for me to know about you, what you would like to gain from therapy, and your desired areas for change. It is my desire for you to leave the session with a renewed feeling of hope.

I find Robbyn very authentic. She has very practical perspectives on things. Throughout my sessions with her, she provides angles to things I had not considered. While I still have many things to work through, I leave every session feeling lighter and with a feeling that there is a way forward in my situation. I look forward to the implementation of what I am learning from her. I have no idea what direction my life will take, but for now I am very optimistic
