I am licensed as a social worker as well as an addiction specialist. My ideal client is struggling to understand how substance use and misuse is effecting their life.Maybe they are questioning their own use, or that of their partner, children, or they grew up with alcoholics in the household.

I also love working with people with depression and anxiety who want to examine where they are at and where they might want to go. I love thinking outside the box and encouraging new ways of seeing the world and its possibilities.

Anyone who has kept their thoughts, doubts and aspirations bottled up and wants to be able to express themselves to someone who is compassionate, empathetic and non judgmental. It is amazing the relief and changes possible when we get to be honestly ourselves.
