Would you like to create space for work/ life balance? Would it be helpful to learn more about the connection between your behaviors, feelings, and thoughts? Are you ready to talk about coping strategies- both those that work and learn new ones? I work collaboratively with individuals and families to manage stressors, feelings of stress and anxiety, and cope with addictions. I help clients develop coping strategies that may challenge past thoughts and behaviors but lead toward the accomplishment of goals. Sometimes, it is simply reminding ourselves of what worked before and getting back on track and other times, it is about learning something never practiced before.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the initial session, we will discuss the structure of sessions, what brings you into therapy and/or challenges you are facing, and identify your goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I connect well with high-performing individuals supporting their motivation for positive change. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize a combination and various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT will provide a path to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and identify and how they influence one another. From this insight, there an opportunity opens to identify new thinking patterns and coping strategies to help accomplish goals.
