Would you like to create space for work/ life balance? Would it be helpful to learn more about the connection between your behaviors, feelings, and thoughts? Are you ready to talk about coping strategies- both those that work and learn new ones? I work collaboratively with individuals and families to manage stressors, feelings of stress and anxiety, and cope with addictions. I help clients develop coping strategies that may challenge past thoughts and behaviors but lead toward the accomplishment of goals. Sometimes, it is simply reminding ourselves of what worked before and getting back on track and other times, it is about learning something never practiced before.
During the initial session, we will discuss the structure of sessions, what brings you into therapy and/or challenges you are facing, and identify your goals for therapy.
I connect well with high-performing individuals supporting their motivation for positive change. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I really appreciate Erin’s ability to help me dissect my anxieties with facts and rationale. I came to Erin for assistance with ADHD strategy and talking through childhood and relationship trauma. I greatly appreciate Erin’s empathy and her encouragement as we discuss harder topics. Erin has helped me to assert myself, set boundaries, and build better communication skills. I feel like I have grown significantly since working with Erin. I’m so thankful for her.

Erin is wonderful! She is calm and compassionate, and she really cares about her clients. She listens and doesn't judge. She gives me strategies and techniques to help me work through things I am going through in my life. She is very easy to talk to and when I am upset or anxious she has a way of helping me calm down.
I utilize a combination and various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT will provide a path to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and identify and how they influence one another. From this insight, there an opportunity opens to identify new thinking patterns and coping strategies to help accomplish goals.
