New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools for change. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in building healthier coping strategies and greater emotional balance.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy at this time. I will ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. You can expect a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where we begin to identify next steps and create a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my approach is the balance between emotional support and practical, skills-based work. I focus on helping clients gain insight into their patterns while also developing tools they can apply in everyday life to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. My goal is for clients to feel both understood in session and more capable outside of therapy.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty navigating life transitions and relationships. I work well with clients who are motivated to better understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. My approach is especially helpful for those seeking both emotional support and concrete tools to improve their mental health and overall functioning.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how these patterns impact their daily functioning. In my practice, I collaborate with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop more balanced, realistic perspectives using practical strategies such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral interventions, and coping skills training. I apply CBT in a flexible, client-centered way to support emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and promote lasting, meaningful change.
