LMFT, 10 years of experience
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercer University in Atlanta. Additionally, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With my extensive training and experience, I am committed to assisting couples, families, and individuals who may be grappling with a range of challenges and obstacles. In my practice, I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and explore their emotions.
During the first session, I focus on us getting to know each other and comfortable with each other. My job is to listen and ask questions that are aimed at not only getting an idea of what is bringing you to therapy, but to also get to know you as a person.
My goal is to always work myself out of a job with you. I feel my greatest strength is helping clients; whether individuals, families, or a couples; gain the skills and insight to tackle issues from a healthy place and in a way that works for them.
I am committed to helping people dealing with anxiety, sadness, low self-confidence, and trauma. I want to empower them to take charge of their lives and chase their dreams. I also provide counseling for couples and families, creating a safe space to tackle conflicts and improve relationships. Let's work together to face challenges and develop strategies for a happier and more balanced life.

Tiffany is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone. She asks the necessary questions to get you where you want to go. She seems as if she genuinely wants the best for you. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.
