Welcome! I specialize in helping women to realize and actualize their personal and professional goals. As women, we take on many roles that each carry a lot of responsibility. This can feel incredibly overwhelming. We often feel burnt out or unprioritized. Have you taken the time the time to ask yourself 'Who am I?' when you're finished taking care of everyone and everything else? I can help you navigate that journey and to make tangible change in your day to day life. To be that confident and self-assured person you're capable of being. To know your worth and to stand in your power. You deserve it!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My counseling style is client centered. As the client, your experiences, values, and opinions lead the way. I provide my clients with necessary skills through collaborative work and no pressure homework assignments.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am currently available via teletherapy. Contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to working together!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Together we will work through you feeling burnt out, stuck, overwhelmed, or overlooked to feel empowered in all spaces in your life. I work with women who are in leadership, in career transition, or on maternity leave to cultivate the balance and peace they deserve.
