Jason has experience working with males--from children to adults--with a variety of presenting concerns, such as substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, and trauma. Jason earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2020. He gives a lot of feedback--not-like what you see in the movies. He’s a dog-person and mixes-up how he takes his coffee--but it's usually an Americano.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I always say that I've been a therapist my whole life, even though I've only been practicing professionally since 2020. I don't pull punches--when I see something, I say something. Let's get to work and figure things out.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with men and young adults regarding their work, coping skills, and relationships. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I'm like a mechanic--we just do tune-ups in therapy, but you do the real work out there living your life.
