Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maryland. I received my Master's from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 7 years. I help adults struggling with mood disorders, depression, and anxiety navigate their symptoms and find effective coping mechanisms to help them succeed. Using a variety of treatment modalities I aim to help clients grow while feeling supported and understood throughout the process.
Hey there! I'm Paige, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in the sunny state of Florida. My passion lies in empowering individuals who are prepared to embark on a transformative journey toward a brighter future. With a wealth of experience spanning various demographics and challenges, I specialize in supporting those navigating neurodiversity (such as Autism and ADHD), trauma (including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence), substance abuse, and the complexities of anxiety and depression.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the commonwealth of Virginia.
I have assisted both individuals and families with facing issues related to depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, family dynamics, and trauma-related disorders since 2012.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University.
I am a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and I later went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Howard University. Throughout my studies, my practicum experience consisted of working with the Maryland Truancy Court Reduction Program and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. I received post-graduate, intensive training at the Immigration Evaluation Training Center in the area of extreme hardship waivers, domestic violence (VAWA) & asylum immigration evaluations in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Thereafter, I later went on to work in a variety of settings that have afforded me the opportunity to diversify my work and skill set with different populations and individual needs. This includes addiction, foster care & adoption, community support and residential treatment. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to learn from and support individuals who struggle with everyday life stressors, those that are impacted by mild, moderate, severe and chronic mental illness. My background includes adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics who are struggling with mental health challenges.
In 2017 I began working in leadership at Gateway Homes, Inc. where I gained expertise with serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. My practice opened in 2020 and I continue to provide direct services to individuals in the community who are struggling with different social, emotional and behavioral issues that are causing discomfort.
My name is Bridgette Williams, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner with experience providing counseling for individuals facing substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, anger management, and life challenges. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and build confidence as they work toward personal growth and recovery.

Hi there! I am Stephen Kovacs a licensed clinical social worker with 5 years of experience helping adults who feel constantly “on edge” from anxiety and panic—always braced for the next shoe to drop, even when life looks fine from the outside. I’m licensed as an LISW-CP in South Carolina and an LCSW in North Carolina and Virginia and practice predominantly in the evenings via telehealth.
My focus is on high-responsibility adults who are tired of living in survival mode: racing thoughts, worst‑case scenarios, physical symptoms like a racing heart or tight chest, and the burnout that comes from holding everything together for everyone else. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what anxiety and panic are doing in your body and your life, and build concrete tools to manage spirals, reduce avoidance, and feel more in control day to day—not with fluffy advice, but with step‑by‑step, doable changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths. With a warm and empathetic approach, I provide therapy that is rooted in person-centered principles, mindfulness techniques, and faith-based practices. Welcome, My name is Ariam Peña, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Virginia. I received my Master’s degree from Argosy University and have been practicing for over a decade. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that something isn't OK right now. That something might be new, or it might have been around a long time. You might be able to describe it perfectly, or you might just feel off without knowing why. Either way — you're here, and that's the only thing that matters right now.
I start from wherever you are. No assumptions, no judgments, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a genuine desire to understand you — what's brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for.
Therapy with me — whether you're coming alone or with a partner — tends to be honest and occasionally even a little lighthearted. The human experience isn't black and white, and neither is the work we'll do together. What stays consistent is that you'll have a space that belongs to you, where nothing you say or feel changes how I show up for you.
For couples, that space belongs to both of you equally. I don't take sides. What I do is help you see the pattern you're both caught in — because most of the time it's the cycle doing the damage, not each other. When that shifts, something else becomes possible.
No matter what it is you are navigating — depression, relationships, identity, or the gap between how you show up and how you actually feel inside — you don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

I understand that life can be overwhelming and we all need someone to listen at times. It can be helpful to evaluate our lives, problems or certain situations in a safe and confidential setting. Current stressors, such as problems with work, family, romantic relationships or finances can make it difficult to function adequately. I have been working as a counseling psychologist for over 10 years with most of my experience with adult individuals. I enjoy conducting therapy with people from different backgrounds and have worked successfully with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma, such as childhood abuse, sexual or physical assaults, combat or domestic violence. I am also experienced in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, anger management problems, or problem solving deficits. Making health behavior changes, such as behavior activation or weight management, can be achieved via therapy and I have successfully worked with individuals who wanted to improve their health.
I am originally from Germany and I speak English and German. I also lived in Switzerland and England for a while. I studied Psychology in the United States and graduated with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with over 18 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling field. I am licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Maine. My career has included extensive work with Veterans, Active Duty personnel, and federal employees, providing trauma informed care. I specialize in ADHD and supporting neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, mental health issues due to chronic pain and medical trauma, trauma survivors, addiction, burnout, anxiety, women’s issues, and major life transitions. My approach is nonjudgmental and trauma informed, meeting clients where they are with curiosity and compassion while creating a space for authentic growth and understanding.
I value appropriate self disclosure when it supports the therapeutic process and use my training and lived experience to help clients develop tools that genuinely serve them. My work draws from an eclectic foundation that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic approaches. I also integrate alternative and mind body methods that expand healing beyond traditional talk therapy, supporting both emotional and physiological well-being.
I practice from an intersectional perspective, recognizing that our identities; race, gender, sexuality, neurotype, ability, culture, and lived experience intersect to shape how we move through the world and how the world responds to us. Healing requires honoring all of those parts.
I believe neurodivergence is not something to be fixed, but understood, supported, and celebrated. Therapy is a space to learn your brain, not fight against it, to understand how it works, identify what it needs, and build systems of support that honor your authentic wiring.
Erwin Reyna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University in NYC. Erwin uses a Systematic, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused Approach to support client’s self-determination.
My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist. I help clients identify and pursue the goals that lead to a life filled with meaning, pride, and contentment.
Now, you may be wondering: “What exactly is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)?” Simply put, it means I integrate elements of theater and creative expression into the therapeutic process. With me, you have options. You might choose a traditional talk-therapy session to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Or, if words don’t feel like enough, you might try something more experiential—writing, movement, role-play, or even reimagining and practicing conversations that keep replaying in your mind.
Talk therapy is a powerful tool for growth, but sometimes it takes more than words to truly process what’s happening inside. That’s where creativity can open new doors. Whether through conversation, movement, sound, or artistic expression, I provide a space where you can choose what feels most healing and helpful.
I would be honored to support you—whether that’s working toward personal goals, processing difficult emotions, or making positive and lasting changes in your life.
I'm Jen. Before I was a therapist, I taught yoga out of a van across Wyoming, in barns and community centers and small-town gyms. Most of the people who showed up would never have called what they needed therapy. That taught me something I still rely on: the language was never the point. You don't need the right vocabulary to get better, and you don't need to arrive knowing what's wrong.
My practice is direct and grounded. I'll tell you what I'm noticing rather than asking a long list of questions to get you there yourself. I name patterns fast and I keep the work concrete, because vague insight doesn't change anything. I can stay steady with material that's hard to sit with without rushing past it.

Hi! I'm Jen Tucker, a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about serving others. I'm a military veteran and a military spouse. I'm also a wife, mom, and grandmother. I've been through a lot in my life. Most of you have too. After all, you find yourself here looking for something.
It is my firm belief that each and every one of us has tremendous potential. We all have unique talents and skills, honed and sharpened through our life experiences. These experiences, while crucial to shaping us, can also leave us hurt, confused, numb, or insecure. It is paramount that we stop along our journey to take stock, address our needs, heal, and refocus. Sometimes, we realize we may benefit from having extra support or guidance through these moments. That is where therapy can help.
Throughout my counseling career, I have had the privilege of being able to walk beside clients as they process the past, learn to be comfortable in the present, and get excited for the future. I am certified in trauma and treat clients with a wide range of concerns. Whether you feel ready to dive into therapy, or you are just contemplating the idea, I'd love to hear from you.
I am currently accepting video clients for individual therapy.
If you aren't ready to make contact, I have some resources available for self-reflection. Check out my blog at NotWavingButDrowning.org or my TikTok @MHMinute, where you'll find videos on a variety of mental health topics.

Feeling like you can't quite keep it together? Sometimes we get overwhelmed with the stresses in life and need help sorting them out. Maybe you've just hit a low point or feeling overly worried and anxious. Talking to a therapist has helped many people who are feeling the same way. The last few years have been more than difficult, and people are struggling. I help people figure out what's working well for them and what's not. Then we explore together the many strengths and skills you already have and can use to overcome the problems life throws at us. I teach new skills and introduce new tools that you can use to feel better and get your life back on track. I have many years of experience working with people with depression and anxiety as well as bipolar and schizophrenia. I am accepting of varying types of diversity and use solution focused methods with compassion and caring to create and meet the therapeutic goals that are unique to you. Starting therapy can be hard but it can change your life. I would love to work with you to start that process and look forward to meeting you.

Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
I have been practicing therapy for over twenty years. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida International University and my PsyD. in Grief Counselling from Breyer State Theology University. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families. Some of my primary areas of expertise are family and relationship conflict, intimacy related issues and difficulty with various life changes and transitions. I specialize in assisting those who may be going through a rough patch in life or have experienced the death of a loved one.
It is important to have a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist and to feel that they are a good match for you. I want you to feel that therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to share your thoughts, and feelings. I believe that counseling should primarily be solution-focused to help you achieve your goals and begin to see improvement as soon as possible.
Therapy with me feels like a mix of honesty, humor, and heart. I’m not here to lecture I’m here to listen, connect, and help you make sense of what’s keeping you stuck. My approach is warm but straightforward; we’ll laugh, unpack the hard stuff, and actually move forward. Growth doesn’t have to be painful to be powerful. Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and real change.

Currently, I am working on my Doctorate Degree in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a concentration on Human Services.
I am a versatile professional counselor with extensive experience in various settings, ranging from residential group homes for adults with Intellectual Disabilities to substance abuse treatment programs and homes for victims of domestic violence. Over the course of my career, I have provided counseling services to clients with major clinical diagnoses, children, teens, parents, couples, and families. My expertise includes offering support in group therapy and providing individual outpatient counseling.
I am also currently serving clients in my local crisis facility, where I offer immediate support and counseling to individuals in distress. My commitment to community service projects reflects my belief in giving back to the community, further emphasizing my dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives.
My diverse background equips me to address a wide range of mental health challenges and life situations, allowing me to create tailored counseling approaches for each individual I work with. My goal is to empower my clients, helping them navigate through their difficulties and fostering positive changes in their lives.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate the complexities of mental health, chronic illness, trauma, and aging. Since beginning my clinical journey in 2012, I've worked in both medical and therapeutic settings, supporting individuals living with serious mental illness and those in long-term care facilities.
With licenses in Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi, I bring a compassionate, culturally informed, and evidence-based approach to care. I have experience in helping people cope with trauma, depression, and schizophrenia.
I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether you're seeking clarity, stability, or healing, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
Warm Greetings! Taking the step to seek therapy is a brave and commendable decision, and I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth. Therapy, to me, is a safe space where you can release the weight of your burdens and cultivate the courage to embrace gradual changes, one step at a time.
