Clients say this provider is
Hey, my name is Sara! I believe everyone deserves to be heard. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed, I am here to walk alongside you. I have worked with all ages with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. At the very least, I want you to know that you’re not alone in your struggles. There are people who understand and who will listen. I am one of them. Please do not hesitate to reach out; I would love to get to know you! Mental health is very important to me, as I myself have struggled with anxiety since early adolescence. The most important thing I can do for you is completely understand where you’re coming from- because I’ve been there, too. I’m here to help you, here to be a safe space, and, most importantly, I am here to listen. I would love to get to know you and would be honored to be a provider for you.
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they can begin sharing their story and feel genuinely heard. We will explore what brings them to therapy, identify current concerns and goals, and begin developing a personalized understanding of what they need. I also want clients to leave with a sense of direction and hope, along with an initial strategy or practical tool they can begin using between sessions. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable, understood, and confident that we can work together toward meaningful change.
I bring empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to my sessions. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. I am an active listener and believe in meeting each client where they are, while helping them identify their strengths and develop practical tools to navigate challenges. I also bring patience, genuine curiosity, and a collaborative approach, recognizing that each person’s experiences and goals are unique. My goal is for clients to feel heard, respected, empowered, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves, work through challenges, and create meaningful change in their life. I enjoy working with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship or family challenges, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty managing day-to-day demands. I especially value working collaboratively with clients who are open to developing new coping skills and gaining insight into patterns that may be holding them back. Most importantly, I believe there is no single “ideal” client—each person brings a unique story, and I strive to meet clients where they are with compassion, respect, and without judgment.

I use this treatment method as a collaborative and individualized approach, adapting interventions to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and treatment goals. During sessions, I help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns while providing practical strategies they can apply between sessions. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges at their own pace. Throughout the therapeutic process, I encourage clients to build on their existing strengths, develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
