I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change and I am here to support you on your journey towards greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will focus on gathering information and understanding the concerns and goals of the individuals or the couple. I will ask questions to help me understand your communication styles, and any patterns of behavior that may be contributing to the issues you are experiencing. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
