Any clients ages 16+ are welcome to work with me! My specialties are depression and anxiety, but I have experience with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Bi-polar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Substance Use Disorders (SUD), and so much more! I welcome couples and family therapy which shares a special place in my heart. I am here to help you on your wellness journey. I have a balance of giving clients the time and space to express themselves without judgment, while also helping them identify gaps and distortions in their thought processes that may be contributing to their interpersonal conflicts. My style is ecclectic in nature.
My ideal client population are clients struggling with poor stress management, anxiety, and or depression. I'm well versed in various effective coping techniques to help manage these symptoms; to include grounding techniques and mindfulness. I also enjoy working with couples. I've been married almost 19 years and enjoy helping couples find meaning and joy within their relationship. Lastly, I work well with families and individuals in transitionary stages of life that need guidance on how to navigate environmental and interpersonal changes.
