This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying areas we can work on together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This approach helps clients build insight, autonomy, and confidence in making meaningful behavioral changes.

I utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients identify and build upon their existing abilities, resilience, and personal resources. This approach focuses on empowering clients by highlighting their strengths and successes while supporting them in developing skills to navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
