"We live most of our life in our head, let's make it a peaceful place" - Buddhist teaching.
I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who offers a warm, grounded space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create meaningful change. My style is relational and attachment-informed—meaning we pay attention to patterns that show up in relationships, and how earlier experiences may shape the way you cope, connect, or protect yourself today. I’m also strengths-based and practical: we’ll build on what’s already working while using CBT tools to reduce overwhelm, challenge unhelpful thought loops, and practice skills that support steadier mood, boundaries, and healthier relationships.
The impact my clients often experience is feeling more emotionally stable and confident in themselves, with a clearer understanding of their triggers and patterns. Over time, many people report improved self-compassion, stronger communication, more secure attachment in relationships, and an increased ability to tolerate difficult emotions without shutting down or spiraling. My goal is for you to leave therapy with both deeper insight and real-life tools so you can feel more connected, empowered, and able to live with authenticity and intention.

It can seem difficult to believe we can overcome our challenges. We can feel like an instance, situation or moment defines us. It is possible to break free from this thinking.
For several years I have been working with clients to address self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationships, job problems and loss. It is rewarding for me to provide hope that distress in these areas can be alleviated. My passion is assisting clients to reach their goals.
In my practice I have noticed EMDR reduce symptoms. EMDR is not only used for trauma, it can be used for dysfunctionally stored information. When using EMDR (tapping) I find change occurs rapidly and my clients are hopeful about moving forward. Clients are able to effectively manage symptoms and make decisions that benefit themselves and those they love.
Through my study of neuroscience, I’ve learned the nervous system can help heal clients. Considering the mind, brain, and body are all connected and influence one another, powerful change can occur during the therapeutic process. The brain is developed in a way with the potential for change in various ways. I use interventions associated with the ability to change the brain, such that can alter brain pathways and networks to help treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. These skills will promote healthy recovery in the brains for those experiencing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. Each session is an opportunity to change and grow.
It is unfortunate that we experience difficulties which weigh down our ability to advance in life. It is my desire to work with my clients so they can move past their obstacles. Having personally experienced road blocks of my own, I am empathetic to the struggle of moving past adversity. Let's work together at achieving your goals.

I also use short-term solution-focused therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness among others to bring about change.
I truly believe as a therapist I must do my own work, for I cannot take you to a place that I have not visited. My main goal for the Kundalini teacher training was to deepen my practice, to understand myself and others on a deeper level and to inspire others to use self care, chanting and meditation to create healing physically, spiritually and mentally.

Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. “Everyone’s childhood plays itself out.” Our first understanding of ourselves comes from the first people we know. Psychologically known as our sense of Self or Agency, the other relationships we participate in tend to reflect those aspects of ourselves previously learned.
I specialize in successfully treating the presenting symptoms of childhood trauma as well as those who suffer from often self-limiting thoughts regarding substance abuse, social and intrapersonal anxieties, clinical, situational and abandonment depression. I would also include the often self-sabotaging and socially unacceptable unresolved rage.
Licensed in the states of California and Arizona as a Marriage & Family Therapist, I am privileged to work with a variety of highly intelligent and uniquely talented people, who, due to a lifetime of psychological, spiritual and philosophical pain are often the last to be aware of their authenticity as their true value.
I have been a practicing therapist for over 5 years now. I have worked with a diverse group of populations dealing with depression/anxiety all the way to psychosis diagnoses. I implement a lot of Trauma Focused CBT and Motivational Interviewing into my practice. My clients have often told me that I bring a genuine and compassionate atmosphere to sessions which helps them feel more at ease. I take a very nonjudgmental "at your own pace" type of approach. I want to ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way through your journey with mental health.

Hey there!
My name is Alejandra, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California and Massachusetts. I have primarily worked in hospital settings, with 5 years experience, working with veterans and families, addressing multiple psychosocial needs. In my experience, I have also provided services with supportive counseling in grief/bereavement(individual and group) , anxiety, and goal oriented tasks.
You might feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, anxiety, or relationship stress that are hard to turn off. Even when things look fine on the outside, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything internally.
I work with adults who want to understand these patterns and respond differently, not just cope. Our work focuses on making sense of what is happening beneath the surface while also finding practical ways to feel more clear, grounded, and in control in daily life.
I integrate trauma informed care and parts work to help you build self-trust, set boundaries, and move through challenges with more clarity and confidence.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a first-generation Xicana. A lot of the women I work with grew up being the strong one in their family. The one who holds everything together, carries the expectations, and rarely had space to focus on their own needs.
I understand how complicated family, culture, and identity can be. Many of my clients are navigating the pressure of being first-generation, setting boundaries with family, healing from past experiences, or trying to break patterns that have been passed down for years.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic experiences. In our work together, we move beyond simply talking about the problem. We focus on helping your nervous system release what it has been carrying so you can move forward with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust.
*I've chosen to center my practice on the healing needs of women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I do not currently work with cisgender men, minors, or court-involved clients in order to preserve alignment with my clinical roots*

With all of the social pressures that our families have been subject to, it's never been more important to be close and listen to each other. Social disconnect is the new pandemic and the challenges that interefere with social connection are the same ones driving our sense of faulty connection and confusion with pleasure and happiness.

You’re the caretaker or the high achiever—the one who always finds a way to make things work. On the outside, it may look like you’re doing everything “right,” but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted. If you’re wondering how much longer you can keep it all together, you’re not alone. Finding a steady, supportive therapist can be the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with women who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, anxiety or depression. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people pleasing, or putting others first.
Together, we look at what’s working in your life and what may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed or drained. From there, we create realistic goals that help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and bring more peace back into your daily routine. Clients can expect through the process to create stronger boundaries, improve mood, and increase clarity with themselves and the way they see the world.
I am licensed in both CA & TX, and love to see clients remotely for virtual sessions. In addition to my clinical experience, I also have a background in world religious studies, have a passion for all things creative, and love seeing clients from various cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+, college students, recent grads, working moms, and young professionals.
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, returning, or looking for a better fit, all are welcome.
Hi there, I am Dr. Krysti.
Do you have any conflicts in your life? Have they prevented you from getting closer to your loved ones and being the best version of yourself? I help college students, young adults, and professionals manage anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, body image, eating disorders, conflict resolution, and make better decisions. I am known for my expertise in solution-focused techniques on multicultural topics and conflict resolution for families and healthcare organizations. I have provided psychological services, counseling, coaching, and therapy to professionals and their families utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Affect Regulation Therapy (ART), Assertive Communication Skills (ACS), Insight Oriented Therapy (IOT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Guided Breathing, Validation Therapy (VT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and much more to help clients to move forward at their own pace.
Are you ready to transform yourself? I am also well-versed in multicultural topics and in working with Asian-American professionals. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Executive Coach with backgrounds in Clinical and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. For years, this unique combination has helped me to work well with college students, professionals in various industries, and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, residents, administrators, surgeons, entrepreneurs, and business owners. If this is the first time you want to work with a professional like me, let me have the honor of guiding you through this "uneasy-feeling" process at times. Are you ready? Let's connect to work together!
I am committed to helping and supporting individuals as they work through life’s challenges. In addition to my private practice, I work full time in school-based mental health. I began my work practices as a therapist in the Bay Area of California and have been serving for 8 years. I enjoy providing a non-judgmental environment to support you with providing skills and tools to improve life's challenges.
I went to NDNU for my master's program, earning my Master of Science in clinical psychology. I did my undergraduate degree at Menlo College in Atherton California.
Most of my time has been a significant amount of years working with children aged 0-5, in school settings, and with couples. I enjoy engaging in relationship building, providing tools you can apply daily, and also with women who have experienced trauma.
I also am an animal lover and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, hiking, reading books, and engaging in meditation during my free time.
I love partnering with people on their journey to greatness. I use a strengths-based approach to help my clients see the choices that are always at their disposal to unlearn past harmful messaging or combat unrelenting present symptoms. As a Black woman, I always integrate the importance of diversity. Playing small to blend in doesn't serve anyone. Whether we're different based on external or internal attributes, we all need to embrace our beautiful and different qualities so that we can live an authentic life.
My work also focuses on boundaries, challenging thoughts, and improving communication skills. I integrate role plays, affirmations, accountability, and direct introspection exercises to aid clients in quieting the noise of societal norms to embrace their true joy. All sessions are client-focused, I don't come with my own agenda. I'm excited to help you live life with confidence on your own terms. I look forward to working with you.

We all want to be heard when something is bothering us. Having someone hear us when we are upset can mean a lot. It can also feel good to have someone to vent to when a day has been long. I am interested in helping you through life's struggles and setting goals for the future. I'm also here to guide and support you through difficult experiences. I am here to listen because sometimes you may need to share when life changes or need help processing what has happened. I want to be there for you even when the day is neither good or bad. I am here.
I came to this work with a deep desire to support others on their journey toward healing and wholehearted living. My approach is a trauma informed lens that affirms client’s culture, gender identity, and strengths. I create safe, inclusive, and warm environments that are uplifting while giving space to address the challenges that are standing in the way of living your best life. I believe our work is best accomplished when we work authentically and collaboratively.
