Daniela Morse
I’m a warm, relational therapist who believes that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is attachment-informed and integrative, bringing together insight, emotion, and the mind-body connection. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, while also creating space to gently challenge the patterns that may no longer be serving you.
Strengths
I bring warmth, curiosity, intuition, presence and genuine engagement into the therapy room. I’m active and collaborative, while still giving you the space to move at your own pace. I pay close attention to the patterns beneath the surface and help clients connect the dots between their past experiences, present relationships, emotions, and body responses. I balance compassion with gentle challenge, helping clients feel supported while also encouraging deeper self awareness.
Treatment methods
Integrative
I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I tailor our work to you rather than relying on one method. Together, we may explore how early relationships have shaped the patterns you find yourself repeating today, while also paying attention to what is happening emotionally and physically in the present moment. I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and other practices to support emotional regulation and greater self-awareness. I also welcome exploration of meaning, spirituality, and purpose when those are important to you.
