Hi! I'm Teri and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Northern California. (I provide telehealth services only at this time.) As an Integrative Therapist, I believe that our brain, mind, body and spirit are all interconnected. My goal is to facilitate healing at the level of the nervous system where issues are rooted and to help provide the solid foundation needed for optimal functioning and joyful living.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

After assessing areas of strengths and challenges, I work with my clients to develop a customized treatment plan for achieving identified goals. I do my best to inject playfulness and humor whenever possible. Clients are expected to do activities as assigned in between sessions. (Change requires repetition and consistency.)

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have 30 + years of experience working with children, adults and families in a variety of settings including CPS, outpatient clinics, schools and in private practice. I have extensive training in areas related to developmental trauma, attachment disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders and primitive reflex integration and have trained parents, educators and mental health staff on these subjects. I have various certifications.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a few different specialties: Parents of children with early life trauma and/or neurodevelopmental disorders (i.e. adoption, ADHD, ASD.) (Parents are the most important healers for their children. I will teach you what you need to know and do.) Adults with mild-moderate symptoms of anxiety and/or depression (which can stem from various issues). Adults with ADHD and/or high functioning Autism.
