In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I will gather information and history in order to help me understand what you have been experiencing. We will create goals for change and begin implementing skills to help you grow. I will focus on what you wish to focus on in each session.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I will provide a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. I utilize person-centered, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approaches as well as interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches. I also give you tools to utilize between sessions so that you can begin to cope adaptively.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I chose this profession to help others overcome difficulties. I understand that we all have had unique experiences and that we all have the ability to heal. I have the patience, caring and empathy to help get you through. * PLEASE NOTE: I do not work with couples or families.
