With a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges, I have been dedicated to the mental health field since 2017, working with adults and children from diverse communities. I embarked on my journey in mental healthcare driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Bakersfield, which equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective therapy services.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my priority is to create a comfortable and safe environment where you can share your story and concerns openly. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and your goals for our work together. This session will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. I look forward to embarking on this journey of self-discovery and growth with you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I actively listen to my clients' unique experiences and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and values. I strive to create an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance where clients feel heard and validated.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse, women's issues, and pregnancy-related concerns. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.
