Allison is really a perfect fit for a therapist because she is really able to get me to the core of the issue and work within there to come up with resources and solutions to the things I need to work on. I love that she blends truth with real life suggestions.

Alison has been fantastic and a very powerful listener. She helped me navigate a work issue an d family crisis and given me some tools to use long-term for dealing with emotional unavailability, an issue we pinpointed on our sessions.
