Our first few sessions will be getting familiar with each other. I will form a more complete picture of the issues we need to prioritize and review any previous mental health treatment you may have experienced. I prefer to see my clients weekly, offering us the chance to put in place effective coping strategies and tools for you to address your particular issues.
