Hi, I'm Dr. Alysha! Are you ready to Empower your Mental Health?
By creating a safe place for processing and expression, I support persons on their unique healing journey to strengthen authenticity and resiliency. My overall approach uses psychodynamic talk therapy, offering space to those wanting to explore new perspectives, reframes, and change.
When we internalize or suppress our emotions and experiences of adversity, we may be faced with lasting emotional trauma that impacts our entire well-being. However there is power in validation and relatability and that is why I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based method, with consideration for relational, intersectional, and social justice contexts. I don’t consider myself an advice giver, but instead, I will collaborate with you to recognize your choices and help you make the best one for yourself.
My objective is for you to feel empowered by reducing emotional burdens, developing coping strategies, identifying resources, and enhancing your strengths. You will be treated with respectful, objective, non-biased assistance. I believe that with the right amount of support, guidance, and compassion, our capabilities are endless.
**Please note Relational Therapy (couples and families) is Cash Only at $200 per session. Individual cash sessions are $150**
There are often times in our lives when we would like to talk to someone about the difficulties and challenges we face. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I would like to be a resource to help you build strategies to face these challenges head-on.
I have worked with many individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and/or PTSD. I value receiving feedback to better tailor the therapeutic relationship and address your unique hardships.
Hello, my name is Paola Leon and I am a Bilingual Marriage Family Therapist. I am a Latina, first generation female who specializes in Children, Teens and Young adults up to 25 yrs old. I have extensive knowledge and training in working with neurodivergent populations specifically children, teens, and young adults. I am an advocate of the LGBTQIA+, and LatinX community. I utilize evidence based modalities in treatments such as CBT, ACT, Play therapy and EMDR. My commitment to my clients is to offer a safe and nonjudgmental place in where any and all feelings are allowed.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to supporting clients in their healing journeys. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). My additional credentials—Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)—enable me to guide individuals in understanding the roots of emotional pain and build resilience.
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful, and the lessons carried over into graduate school, where I earned dual master's degrees in social work and public administration. I completed internships at a domestic abuse shelter, a short-term residential crisis center, a community behavioral health services facility, and took specialized trauma-informed care courses, as well as other research areas in the field.
My professional experience includes work at a non-profit organization supporting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault, serving as a psychotherapist and behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges, and supervising social workers at county behavioral health agencies. I have also managed case management teams of social workers and nurses assisting individuals with catastrophic illnesses, and led project teams of case investigators and contact tracers in response to infectious disease outbreaks. I remain deeply passionate about helping clients in their healing from mental injuries and mental challenges; providing support in this area has proven to be crucial, as it can affect every facet of human existence.
I am a psychologist and offer services via telehealth for individuals.
Problems come from a network of experiences. In our work together, we will investigate these problems: where they come from, how they are supported, what they may be telling you, how you learned from these problems, ways they can be negotiated, and times when they are not present. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dealing with problems the best way you know how. As we explore the problems, you will find fresh perspectives and build alternative ways of responding that enable you to build better relationships and handle problems with increased flexibility.
I am an interactive therapist working with you to develop and experience more confidence, focus, and motivation to meet life’s changing demands. I help people who are doing ok on the outside figure out, and understand, why they might feel so overwhelmed on the inside. You can gain insight and clarity and increase your ability to navigate life transitions, anxiety, fear, depression, and/or traumatic experiences that have impacted your quality of life.
Do you walk through your day feeling anxious and worried? Do you feel disconnected from your relationships or unable to pinpoint the feelings that keep holding you back in your life? Racing thoughts, panic attacks, social anxiety, relationship insecurity. My clients come to me seeking relief from anxiety and relationship difficulties that cause them to feel like they’re stuck repeating the same mistakes and getting the same results. If you are tired of feeling like you’re living your life out of a series of habits and survival then you’ve taken an important step and I’d like to work with you.
I am supportive, understanding, validating, open-minded, flexible, non-judgemental, kind, empowering, compassionate, hopeful, encouraging, (sometimes) humorous, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I look to you as the expert of your situation and will collaborate with you in developing goals that work so that you can overcome roadblocks and achieve better mental health! I have a deep devotion to the field of mental health, and due to my own life-story decided to become a therapist at a very young age. I hope to be able to help you break-through any blockages and achieve your life's goals.

My name is Farbod. I am a second generation Persian-American.
My own background continues to shape the way I approach this work. As the child of Persian immigrant parents raised in Orange County, California, I often felt caught between two cultures—never quite fitting into either. Therapy helped me better understand those experiences and how they impacted me. That personal insight continues to inform how I show up for my clients—with cultural humility, empathy, and curiosity.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like life isn’t quite yours? I help adults navigate: anxiety, depression, complex ADHD/ADD, generational trauma, C-PTSD, perfectionism, codependency, people-pleasing, and relationship or family conflict. I also support people during times of transition like outgrowing friendships or entering a different phase in life that can be difficult to experience.
I take an integrative and personalized approach by blending compassion, humor, and practical strategies to help you regain clarity, confidence, and a life that truly feels like your own. Whether you’re struggling with stress, feeling lost, or ready for meaningful change, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I join you on the journey with some coffee, tea, or matcha in hand.
Let’s work together to make life feel a little lighter… and finally stop arguing with your own brain at 2 a.m.

Hello, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. My approach to therapy is person-centered and psychodynamic, and I use various modalities to help people become more connected to their true selves. My goal is to offer a supportive environment where people can fully express themselves, gain insight, and take steps toward healing and personal growth.
In therapy, I work with people to explore, make sense of, and identify how their upbringing may be contributing to problems in living. This awareness can lead to healing and be a catalyst for change. I also use mindfulness-based CBT to help people become aware of and challenge thoughts that aren’t true and are contributing to depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
Is your inner critic really loud, having trouble coping with stress, seeking life balance and a deeper connection to your authentic self? Well I am here to help! Hello there future client! Lovely to meet you! My name is Rachelle (pronounced rey-chuhl).

In addition to applying a trauma-informed lens, psychology, and art, I integrate holistic approaches like Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, somatic movements, and sound therapy to create unique treatment interventions for my clients.
I know that starting therapy can feel scary. Especially when you have been labeled as "the problem", think you are not good enough, or have been conditioned to suppress your emotions. This is why developing trust in the first stage of treatment is of the utmost importance to me. I apply a compassionate and non-judgmental stance to help my clients feel safe when sharing their stories and starting their therapeutic journey.

I approach my clients with unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and non-judgment. I work to create a safe environment for them to feel confident that I can hold their pain and gently ask questions to find out why they are seeking treatment. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental environment where your thoughts and emotions are respected and where real progress can be made. Together, we’ll explore strategies, assignments, and tools that help you overcome life’s hurdles and achieve lasting personal growth and fulfillment.

Hello!
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, adjustment concerns, or relationship challenges? I'm here to help. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I'm focused on helping you build and practice new skills, deepen your understanding of yourself, and regain confidence as you navigate life's challenges. Together, we can work toward a meaningful change and well-being.
Whether you are struggling with sadness, finding the energy to do things in life, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, trauma, unhealthy coping, or even masking your emotions; you are capable and you can heal. I truly believe that most people will do well when they know how to do well. It's hard to ask for help and it's hard to accept the help. We just get stuck in the quick fix, easiest option, or the least emotionally draining route. My style towards therapy is direct, relational, and authentic. I won't sugar coat things or tell you what you "want" to hear, and I hope the same from you. This is about you and for you.
Welcome! With more than 25 years experience, my clinical approach is solution-focused, goal-oriented, compassionate and client-centered. I work with you in partnership to help uncover solutions to your challenges so we don't get "stuck" on the problems themselves. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling "stuck," I'm here to help you restore balance and move toward a life of fulfillment. I strive to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. I've enjoyed helping adults navigate life's most difficult transitions for the last 25 years and I'd like to help you, too.
By focusing on the skills of distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness, we can begin to feel more in control of our day to day responses to stressors. I provide sessions geared towards formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change. It helps you get "unstuck" and back in control!
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients set meaningful, value-driven goals and achieving them. That's why I partner with you to ensure you are empowered to reach your full potential. As you work through life's transitions, I will be there to guide, encourage, and challenge you to push past obstacles and create the life you want.

I am a bilingual LMFT. In 1991 I obtained a B.H in Social Psychology from The Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (Mexico). In 2008, I graduated from University of Phoenix with a M.A in Marriage, Family, and Child therapy. I have more than 20 years working with patients (adolescents, parents, adults, and couples) to improve relationships, mental and/or emotional issues related with depression, anxiety, phobias, traumas, psychosocial stressors, life challenges, and goals.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in California, and I specialize in the examination of the human experience, with an emphasis in trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression disorders, and couple's therapy. I always strive to embody cultural humility, and I am proud to serve diverse clients of all backgrounds and walks of life.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In the words of the late Bruce Lee, "What we are not changing, we are choosing". Let's work together and get your life on the path you truly envision for yourself.
Hello! My name is is Sehaj and I am so glad you are taking the first steps to healing.
Whether you're struggling with overwhelming thoughts, emotions, past trauma, anxiety, or depression, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful and lasting way. I offer a compassionate space where you can process your emotions, rebuild trust in your body, and foster an authentic life.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, which means I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences without fear or judgment. I believe that our past experiences, especially in relationships, shape how we respond to the world and ourselves. Through the lens of attachment theory, I help you understand how early relationships impact your current patterns, and we work together to heal those relational wounds. Additionally, I integrate a somatic approach to therapy, which focuses on a mind-body connection.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from New York University and have been practicing for 13 years. I have also have 7 years of experience as a educator and supervisor for pre-licensed therapists. I love helping my supervisees and clients overcome their challenges, learn great lessons in the process, and achieve their highest potentials.
As a child I was always very sensitive and curious about the world that surrounded me. It came natural to help people and I knew that I wanted to give back to the world at large. Just like you I suffered from some childhood wounds. My parents did the best they could with the tools they had. But due to their struggles I became a very codependent child wanting to save and fix my parents to simply gain the love I desired.
Later on I would be able to understand this cycle and name some of the patterns I lived out. People pleasing, losing myself in toxic relationships and not fully loving that little girl inside of me. Once I became a LMFT and gained the knowledge and tools necessary I was not only able to break my own patterns, I was also able to help others find joy and deep meaning in their lives.
Ultimately I specialize in helping people understand their patterns and be more effective communicators in their world. My role has been a guide and coach for my clients, providing innovative approaches based on Gestalt Method, Ancient Forgiveness Techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, NLP and Hypnosis. I use these techniques to help my clients break patterns, many of which are fear based as a result of early childhood trauma that causes emotional issues in the present. This is deep and powerful work, and is necessary to enable a positive path to desired future. I look forward to working with you and guiding you on the path to healing and freedom.

My name is Ann LeFevre, and I’m a PhD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Denver, CO. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three decades of experience in mental health and clinical experience. I draw from 63 years of my own life experience as a gay man, educational (MSW from the University of Connecticut) and practical knowledge. Thus I understand what it’s like to be marginalized, and feel different like you don’t belong. I use a compassionate, non- judgmental, understanding, strength based approach by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person, body, mind, and spirit. I can help one understand who they are? where they've been? and how they can move forward in their life.
I have devoted my life to understanding human behavior, the mind, and the complex dynamics that shape our relationships and sense of self. My approach is informed by a combination of personal, professional, and spiritual experience, and I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to heal, grow, and thrive. I am passionate about helping people build healthy, fulfilling relationships, navigate conflict, set boundaries, and move through challenging family dynamics with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples to develop secure attachment, strengthen self-esteem, and foster authentic connection. Whether you are struggling with patterns of conflict in your relationships, feeling stuck in old family dynamics, or seeking to understand yourself on a deeper level, my goal is to help you uncover the tools, insights, and awareness needed to live your healthiest, most empowered life.
Because of my own history and experiences with trauma, I bring a perspective of deep empathy, understanding, and non-judgment to every session. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
My work draws from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, humanistic psychotherapy, and conflict-resolution strategies, all grounded in lived experience and a genuine passion for helping others. I aim to help clients not just cope, but thrive—building resilience, strengthening self-awareness, and cultivating the kind of relationships and life they truly desire.
Every person has the capacity to transform their patterns, their relationships, and their relationship with themselves. My purpose is to guide and support you on that journey, helping you step into the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
My name means “Light,” and my goal is to help you rediscover yours. As a BIPOC therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to healing. Together, we’ll shed light on your challenges and explore compassionate, practical solutions to help you move forward.
My work is rooted in the transformative power of mindfulness, spirituality, and self-awareness. I integrate psychoanalysis, faith-based counseling, and holistic healing to create a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate resilience.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and men’s issues. My approach blends psychotherapy with spiritual exploration and self-discovery — helping you realign with your purpose and inner peace.
I believe every person holds untapped potential and innate wisdom. My role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Through our work together, we’ll turn over the stones of your experience to reveal clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.
I’ve personally walked through profound loss and transformation — including a near-death experience and the passing of my beloved mother to cancer. These experiences deepened my faith in the human spirit and in our collective ability to heal and shine again.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you grow and remember who you truly are — a light meant to shine.
