My treatment methods

Humanistic

Humanistic treatment is the basis of the therapy I perform. This means, the client comes first and I respect and value their opinions and beliefs. Humanistic treatment informs my other methodologies, as needed, such as emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based practices.
