In our initial session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and set goals for what you'd like to see improve through our work together. If you are new to therapy, we will go over what to expect in our sessions and discuss any concerns or worries you might have. If you have previous experience with therapy we will discuss what you feel has worked in the past and what hasn't. My main goal in this initial session to make you feel safe and comfortable! I
