For the past seven years, I've worked as a mental health clinician with non-profit agencies throughout Sacramento, giving me extensive experience in community-based care. This background has taught me the importance of culturally responsive therapy and meeting clients where they are in their journey.

I primarily use narrative therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, but I'm flexible and tailor my methods to what works best for you.
