Hi there, I'm Alicia.
Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing.
I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states.
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.
I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and existential issues. I also work with creative individuals who often feel "stuck." IFS can be particularly helpful for those struggling with complex trauma because it helps clients understand and heal their inner parts that may be stuck in protective or extreme roles. For creative individuals, IFS can help them identify and manage inner parts that may be critical or perfectionistic, thereby fostering a more fulfilling creative process.
If you’ve tried to think your way out of anxiety or old patterns but still feel it in your body, you’re not alone. I’m a holistic licensed trauma-informed therapist specializing in complex trauma, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support nervous system healing. With a background in neuroscience research, I approach healing through a brain–body lens, including the digestive system and gut–brain connection. My style is collaborative, compassionate, warm and thoughtfully paced.
You might be navigating difficult life transitions and feeling overwhelmed by it. As a therapist deeply committed to your well-being, I understand that seeking help can be daunting. In my practice, you’ll find a heartfelt space where we can explore life's challenges together, from coping with depression and anxiety to healing from trauma or working towards self-acceptance. My passion for therapy stems from my personal and professional experiences and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to heal and grow. By cultivating a compassionate mindset, we can embark on a journey towards not just recovery, but profound self-discovery.
Que bien que te has dado el tiempo de estar aqui :)
Me llamo Laura. I am a first generation daughter of Mexican immigrants and understand how tough it can be to navigate life's challenges and reach out for help. I strive to bring warmth, mindfulness, kindness, humor and care into the therapy space to create a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and feel empowered.
Y si hablas Spanish, podemos hablar in both languages!
I’m a relational therapist who works with adults and couples seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR therapist whose passion is for helping clients overcome feelings of anxiety and depression through understanding the root of these emotions and working through their trauma, big or small. As a therapist with an additional background as a certified personal trainer, I work with clients who are open and interested in understanding the importance of mind and body health and are motivated for change.
This season of life has been WAY more than you imagined. You juggle everyone else's needs, and you are realizing you need space for yourself.
Friend, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jess. I specialize in supporting high-capacity women and their children as they navigate betrayal, burnout, and major life changes. I know what it’s like when the late-night fights with your spouse leave you drained, when work deadlines and school carpool lines blur together, and the days feel like they’re just melting into one another. Maybe you’ve forgotten what it feels like to laugh, to feel light, or to truly enjoy a moment for yourself. You are in the right place. Here is where you get to pause, process, and reclaim clarity, balance, and joy—even in the midst of life’s chaos.
I combine evidence-based techniques—like mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic strategies—with a compassionate, encouraging approach tailored to your needs.
Whether your goals are to feel more confident, create healthier relationships, speak up, or find yourself again, I’d love to support you.
My approach is warm, positive, and focused on practical, small steps—one day at a time—so you can cultivate resilience, clarity, and your healthiest, most authentic life. My focus is always on supporting you where you are, meeting your needs with compassion, and helping you move toward a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and manageable.
As a trauma-trained therapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma from a developmental and nervous system lens, crafted to meet a client’s unique needs. My name is Savannah Kraus, and I am a multi-cultural, Mexican-American, Marriage and Family Therapist. Integration is a core value of my therapeutic approach, and I enjoy blending aspects of somatic therapy, Polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems “parts” work, and Brainspotting. I've been honored to walk alongside clients in healing from trauma and have learned that patience, curiosity, compassion, autonomy, and intuition are the cornerstone of trauma focused therapy. Following and inviting clients to reconnect with the intuitive process of their healing is my passion.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, blending evidence-based methods with a compassionate, client-centered style. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can gain insight, build practical coping skills, and foster lasting emotional well-being. I’m a warm, trauma-informed therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. I blend practical tools with deeper exploration of patterns shaped by past experiences. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space for growth and healing.
You might feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long—trying to keep it together while life feels heavier than it should. Maybe anxiety keeps running the show. Maybe you’ve been stuck in habits or patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Maybe you’ve gone through heartbreak, loss, or betrayal and can’t quite find your footing again. Or maybe you just know something’s off, and you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine.
Here’s how I can help.
Together, we’ll slow things down and get to the root of what’s really driving your emotions and behaviors—not just the surface stress, but the deeper patterns that keep showing up. I’ll help you develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings in real time so you can start responding differently instead of reacting automatically.
We’ll also focus on rebuilding your confidence and connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. That means learning how to trust your own instincts again, set boundaries without guilt, and create habits that actually last.
Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly talking through problems—it’s about real movement. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely hopeful about where you’re headed.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After completing training in 1999 at Southwest Missouri State University, I began practicing therapy in several different settings over 20 years ago. I have experience practicing in inpatient psychiatric care, foster care, group homes, home health and hospice, school settings, and private practice. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy time with my children, family, friends, and pets, time outdoors hiking, swimming, camping, and exploring.
I work with adults who carry a lot — often more than others realize. On the outside, you may seem capable and grounded. On the inside, anxiety feels persistent, old experiences still surface, and the ways you've been coping may no longer be working. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, a major life transition, or patterns that keep pulling you back, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build something more sustainable. With over 10 years in mental health, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally aware perspective to every session — focused on your whole story, not just your symptoms.

Hi there, I'm Christina. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist that has been in practice for over 11 years. During our sessions, we'll work at your pace and where you are at emotionally. Creating a safe space filled with compassion and kindness is important to me, plus a mixture of mental health interventions. We'll set a goal and work towards achieving that goal.
Don't worry, we don't have to delve deep into your past if you are not ready. Sometimes there is the need to process what you are going through at the moment and have someone to be there and listen and that's okay too. We can start there.

Hello and welcome! I am a doctor of Psychology, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor. I am located in California and have 14 years of experience in helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges through various evidence-based treatment methods. My goal is to empower you to understand yourself better, heal from past traumas, and improve your relationships, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.
If you’re someone who carries a lot, who shows up for work, family, partnerships, motherhood, and community with strength and competence…but yet struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, boundary guilt, people-pleasing, overthinking, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself, please know that you are not alone.
Many women appear composed while internally feeling exhausted or unseen. Often, the ways you cope in your roles (e.g. over-functioning, staying hyper-independent, avoiding conflict, or constantly striving) were shaped by childhood or traumatic experiences that once helped you survive.
Since 2007, I’ve worked with women who want to understand how early attachment wounds and trauma histories continue to shape their current relationships, work, motherhood, and sense of self-worth. Therapy becomes a place to make sense of your patterns, and gently shift what no longer serves you.
I work primarily with women, particularly women of color (BIPOC), and my approach is integrative, grounded in advanced training in:
• EMDR
• Internal Family Systems
• Brainspotting (beginning March 2026)
• Sensorimotor & Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
• Havening Techniques
• Yoga Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Mindfulness-Based CBT
This allows our work to include trauma processing, nervous system regulation, practical tools, relational exploration, and deeper meaning-making which including spirituality through a grounded, non-religious lens.
The goal is integration: helping you feel more aligned, steady, and connected to yourself over time.
If this resonates, I invite you to continue exploring my profile to learn more about my approach. You’re also welcome to visit my professional Instagram account (@Rosashetty) to get a sense of my values and personality.
You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.
