My focus is on guiding people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. If you’re feeling stuck, therapy can offer clarity, support, and a path forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and find meaningful ways to move ahead. Expect sessions to be calm, accommodating, and understanding. I want you to feel comfortable talking about anything. I offer a safe space without judgment where you can be yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll talk about how you’ve been feeling and what’s been going on. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experience and listen closely before making any assumptions. This time is about working out how I can best support you and creating space for openness and clarity.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach varies based on your needs. We'll explore where you feel stuck and use methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and parts work to help you find freedom and move forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work collaboratively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. Clients are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and make meaningful changes. Whether their goals involve improving relationships, managing emotions, navigating difficult experiences, or increasing confidence, we work together to create an approach that aligns with their unique strengths, values, and needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical strategies to respond in more effective ways. Rather than simply focusing on symptom relief, CBT provides skills that clients can continue using long after therapy ends. I tailor these techniques to each person's unique experiences, helping them build resilience, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and make lasting changes that align with their values and goals.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is based on the idea that we all have different parts of ourselves that serve important roles, even when they create unwanted thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Rather than judging or fighting these parts, we approach them with curiosity and compassion to better understand their purpose. Together, we work to reduce inner conflict, heal emotional wounds, and strengthen a more balanced, confident sense of self. This process often helps clients develop greater self-compassion, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.
