Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in working with children, teens, and young adults. I help young people and adults navigate through problem and stressors that is impacting their ability to cope. Having meaningful connections with others enables me to connect with your personality, strengths, and challenges without judgement. I am sensitive to faith/spirituality, and at your request, I will incorporate this into your treatment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will gather information to build rapport and to better help me understand your problems and challenges. We will learn about what will make the therapy process more comfortable and engaging for you. From there we will create a plan to address your problems and an outcome that you set for yourself.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working with people from all ages, racial backgrounds, social status, and religion has given me the ability to connect with others. Being sensitive to the needs of others helps me to be aware of what you need and how to respond in a way that will make you feel heard and seen.
