Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Telehealth therapy will occur through a secure online platform where we talk via video/audio call. Therapy can be short- or long-term depending on your situation, so my initial approach is "getting to know about you." By joining a positive working therapeutic relationship with me, you can tackle your past and current challenges in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space. While we can't change difficult past situations, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges that are causing difficulty in your current phase of life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Drawing from my own experiences with trauma, I understand the importance of healthy coping mechanisms and have seen firsthand the transformative impact they can have on one's life. I aim to help you better understand how your experiences have impacted and guide you through personal development. While I take work seriously, I also have a sense of humor that allows me to be flexible and meet you where you are in your perspective journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are you feeling overwhelmed with the stressors of daily life? Do you find yourself struggling to heal from painful past experiences or overthinking about the "what ifs" of the future? Are you and your partner having difficulty communicating and resolving conflicts? Perhaps you even desire more connection with others in your life, but find it challenging to show your authentic self out of fear that you may not be "enough." If so, know that you are not alone.
